For cycling bibs and shorts, the HIP MEASUREMENT is the most crucial factor. Measure around the WIDEST POINT of the hips/bum. If you are between sizes or petite (5'3" or under), we recommend SIZING DOWN for a compressive fit. A snug fit is crucial to performance. (Please note, the fit guide requires chest, waist and hip measurements.)
I struggle to find sports bras in my large cup size, and I was so happy this bra works for me. It's the type of sports bra that uses compression, and that isn't for everyone, but I am happy to have this bra in my collection as an alternative to a wired encapsulation style sports bra. The material feels great, and the mesh stretches and feels durable. It's cute and modest so I feel comfortable unzipping my jersey as needed/changing shirts at the car. I am even considering wearing it like a swimsuit top for a lake weekend soon. The elastic on the band does roll a bit, but I only notice it when the bra is off my body. I wear at 38JJ and got this bra in XXXL. I'm thinking about getting a second one.
This bra has a higher neckline and sides than what I’ve worn previously. Initially it felt confining but after wearing it all day I really liked it. The moisture-wicking material kept me cool on my ride. I did not experience any band rolling. It did flatten me out a bit but worth the trade off for comfort.
I purchased this bra to wear when riding my performance horse at the sitting trot and I love it! It keeps me very comfortable and dry. It runs a little small...I wear a 38C and the extra large was a perfect fit.
I needed a good fitting sports bra for endurance rides. My chest is large and I thought the bra was too small...but once "settled" in (takes a bit of work), it feels like I don't have an undergarment on! I just bought the garment and have yet to experience the "roll up" mentioned in the other reviews - a worthy purchase!
I got this bra in hopes that it would be my dream sports bra under my cycling jerseys. Here's my take as a person who fluctuates between a generous C and a D.
-Similar to the bibs, took a dance and some weird moves to get this on for the first time
-REALLY straps things down. Excellent coverage, keeps the ta-tas in the place on rides
-Adds a flattering fit to a bib + jersey combo
-can roll up after a long ride or longer day. The rolling up adds a less than stellar squeeze to the rib cage.
