To get the longest life out of your garment, we recommend washing in cold water with a mild detergent and hanging it to dry. If you need to toss it in the dryer in a pinch, that's okay! Just keep this to a minimum. Overtime, heat can degrade the yarn, resulting in lost compression and durability.

For cycling bibs and shorts, the HIP MEASUREMENT is the most crucial factor. Measure around the WIDEST POINT of the hips/bum. If you are between sizes or petite (5'3" or under), we recommend SIZING DOWN for a compressive fit. A snug fit is crucial to performance. (Please note, the fit guide requires chest, waist and hip measurements.)
This jacket is very well designed the fabric is soft and non-flappy, and sizing is perfect — just a little looser than the MFF jerseys. I live in a [****] and sometimes want a little warmth but not too much; this fits the bill. It has an effective DWR finish for light rain and breathes very well. I have the citronelle color and while it's a little more muted than some of my other hi-viz gear it still is very visible. If you roll it up and put the roll inside one of its sleeve, it fits perfectly in a jersey pocket.
The main limitation: in general, it's not that warm. Because it's so breathable, it offers less warmth than a windbreaker on long, chilly descents; it lets a lot of air through. This makes it better to wear on chilly, rolling rides, though, where you're shifting a lot between high-output activity and cold. It also works at providing warmth if you've taken a break and aren't moving. Basically, this is a packable jacket for chilly moments on a warm-to-moderate day, or a jersey substitute over a base layer if you want more visibility and more warmth than a summerweight.
This jacket is beautifully made and perfect for chilly fall days and wind protection. I am 5’9”, 145 pounds and almost always run between a small and a medium due to broad shoulders. I wear a medium in the MFF long sleeve jerseys, which makes more of a casual fit but are more comfortable in the shoulders for me. I opted for a medium in this jacket as well, thinking I’d want to layer underneath. It’s got a fair bit of room in the waist, but is perfect in the shoulders and neck. Overall, it’s a great cool weather jacket and offers good wind/chill protection while still being quite breathable. Would love to see it in an olive green or dark blue!
It fits!! First time in years that I actually found a jacket (in 3X!) that is stretchy enough that I am comfortable closing the zipper. The material is soft and comfortable. Waiting for the weather to cool in California so I can wear it more often.
Quiet ,fitted but not too tight jacket. I love the bright color that is not overly neon.
