For cycling bibs and shorts, the HIP MEASUREMENT is the most crucial factor. Measure around the WIDEST POINT of the hips/bum. I have been a huge fan of MFF for years, especially the Most Versatile Pant and the Summerweight jerseys. I bought the Midnight Bloom for my mother, who is 80 years old and a recent convert to recumbent tricycling. The fabric is silky and buttery and the pattern is beautiful with rich colors. Summerweight jerseys are perfect for year-round cycling in the Bay Area. In the summer, obviously, but also when it's cooler, paired with a merino wool tank top and a Gore long-sleeve Windstopper base layer underneath.
