Bought the bib for my daughter. She really likes it but a real rating/review needs to come from her. I can say that dealing with your company has been excellent and I wish you great success.
Sleek, comfortable, and a great fit. Would recommend.
The Endurance Bib makes me feel like the most beautifully poised badass queen super hero in the galaxy on a mission to crush hills and master gravel.
Bought these to supplement my MVPs in the summer months. These bibs are amazingly comfortable and super flattering. Most bib shorts I own look a little long on me - not these though! Perfect length.
The Most Versatile Pant
I have been wearing these bibs on some longer rides - around 4 hours, and they have been very comfortable. I think you could use these quite happily up to around 25C but they may be a bit warm at higher temps. The fit is great - I have a small and I am 165cm and 64kg. And they are perfect
First: nothing else like these pants exist for women. Why is it so hard to find bib tights?? They look fantastic; the high quality is obvious. Less optimal: I take a L in every other bibs I have, but needed an XL in these. They just aren't stretchy enough around the hips and were too tight around my widest part. The XL is a little too loose, but I still really like them. Machines' customer service was also great when I was trying to decide if I should keep the L!
The fit of these bibs is consistent with the brands other products and is true to their size chart. I have the tall endurance bibs in medium and the medium MVP fit the same. I am a leggy 5' 10" and the length of the these pants is perfect. The leg ends just above my ankles for a cool cropped look when paired with short socks. The bibs are incredible comfortable and I can put them on in a flash thanks to the (non-chafe-causing) zipper near each ankle. For reference, my rapha bib tights without an ankle zip take about half an hour to get around my feet. The cut and fit is surprisingly flattering for a pair of cycling bibs. This purchase was 100% worth the price tag.
I’m 5’4” and 127 pounds. The small was so unbelievably tight everywhere —including waist, hips, thighs, and shoulder straps— I had to return them. I have a relatively short torso. I’m looking forward to trying the mediums.
Pros- Material is a good weight (not too thick) and the look is flattering. I like the zippers on the internal side of the calf and the mesh panels on the leg.
Cons- Price (!), chamois pad is a bit bulky and the shoulder straps feel a little tight for some reason, which is a problem I don't have with other bibs.
The Modern Dot Print
Standout quality and feel. Jenn advised me to buy small for 35.5 inch bust and I have perfect race fit. There is slight puckering at top shoulder line that I am hoping works out over time. I had previously purchased medium in thrive green dot print and it is loose and not the right size. Listen to Jenn!
MFF Jersey does not always disappoint me. I think this jersey is a perfect understanding of the female body. I love it.
Literally the perfect Jersey. Super soft, flattering, nice and fitted, and the pockets hold a LOT without getting saggy or stretching out. I used to dread carrying my third bottle in my jersey for long hot rides but it’s not a problem at all now. At first I thought MFF was too pricy but all the stuff I’ve gotten has been more than worth it- I don’t really wear other brands anymore because they don’t compare ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I don’t know where to start here because there’s so much I love about this jersey (and this company!) The quality is amazing. You will not find a more comfortable, form fitting, functional, and flattering jersey out there. I was told I was crazy to spend $175 on a cycling jersey but I would do it again and again. The zipper on the side is perfect for your phone or credit cards and the pockets in the back aren’t large and clunky like others. This shirt has a compression feel so it’s so form fitting and looks great on. The material is otherworldly! I can not recommend this company enough!
You want the best jersey on the market, this is it. This is the first MFF Jersey I owned and from there nothing was comparable. It’s remarkably flattering, it sits secure on your body while you ride so no tugging and adjusting, it’s make of such rich buttery fabric. Now I don’t wear much of anything else.
Also being a bud mom I am not very good at being delicate with my laundry. This jersey has seen the test of that. It looks perfect as the day I got it after a million washes on the hardest family cycle.
Endurance Bib // Tall
Does not fit her. Are returning it.
My items are on their way back As I wait for an exchange of items in larger sizing. I’m hopeful to offer a top rating when new sizing arrives!
I ordered M bib and jersey. I’m 5’10”, 140lbs, measure 35-28-36 and the kit was way too snug.
Absolutely love these bibs! the chamois is good for 100+miles, the compression is perfect and the leg bands are so comfortable (no unattractive bulging). Bravo MFF, I'll be back for more! (I'm 130 lbs, 5'7" with a 32" inseam - small/tall fits perfectly)
I have never worn Bibs before as I have never found any that fit me. These fit like a dream. The chamois is great and disappears once you are on the bike.
They are well made and stand up to washing. I have had mine for a couple of weeks and have washed them 3 times. These are my go to training Bibs.
it is nice not to have a waistband to deal with during a long ride.
The long is just right for me as I like a longer hem.
Wore them today for the first time. The chamois is really good...I generally feel one of my sit bones part way through any 30+ mile ride. Not a peep. And although it was nearly 90 degrees out and I was really sweating, the chamois stayed nearly/pretty dry (how could that be? miraculous). I haven't ever worn any compression items before, but I think these really did help my legs and core feel supported and not tired. They are very hard to get on, although not uncomfortable to wear. Definitely had to wrangle the straps to get them on. I decided that any pit stops would come before feeling desperation as I could see that these babies are not coming off quickly.
I am 5'2" and 159 lbs. Hips are 40.5. Felt like I was a bit borderline on the mediums, but went with the medium tall as I figured the tall would give me a bit more room for expansion. I'm short-waisted and pretty muscular/big boned but thankful I got the tall as I don't know if the regular would have worked for me. Plus, I wanted to longer leg. The legs stayed put, no creeping at all. The fabric felt pretty hot today. Couldn't tell if it was the high temps, or the fabric. These may end up being my cooler weather bibs for that reason. I generally wear shorts when it is hot out or I overheat.
Aside from the performance, these looks amazing. Yes, I could stand to lose a few pounds, but until that happens these definitely make me feel a lot better about myself.
The Summerweight Long Sleeve Cycling Jersey in Palm
Love It! I was looking for a jersey with a long sleeve in a lighter weight and this turned out to be perfect! This is my first time ordering and I did so because of the free shipping and free return option that Machines For Freedom offers. The fit is great and the color on this particular jersey is both fun and different. I ordered the blue polka dot jersey as well and I will be trying their bibs next!!
The Summerweight Long Sleeve Cycling Jersey in Palm
I just purchased the palm summer-weight long sleeve jersey. I have had the blue one for one year -- I liked it so much I decided to get another one. The fabric is luxuriously smooth, soft, and stretchy. The construction holds up, as I have worn the blue one probably 30+ times and have had no issues whatsoever (I wear all my clothes pretty hard so this is a big plus). I've ridden these jerseys in 95 degree temps and I have stayed cool. I also wear them during the Bay Area winters, on days where I don't need a jacket, with a thin merino wool tank top underneath. I am 5'2", 140 pounds and the medium fits great, like a comfortable second skin (though I am a large in the short-sleeve jerseys, probably because they are less stretchy). The length of the jersey and the arms are also spot on for me (someone on the shorter side).
This is the 2nd jersey I ordered from MFF. Although this is the priciest jerseys I've ever gotten, I went for the splurge... twice. The reasons: I wanted a tight fitting jersey that didn't sag, that was bright, and that had a good pocket system. I don't like to have any skin showing - with this jersey to get that effect( a bit of skin shows between my gloves and jersety) I need to wear wrist bands. I don't mind though since this jersey is the best I've had so far to be technical and mostly skin covering. (I have a pretty severe bee allergy so like to stay covered while riding plus also don't like getting sun exposure). How long does this jersey stay SPF? Thanks!
Living in Texas, it's challenging to find something that protects your skin but still looks cute. In the past I've always worn a thank with a cycling shawl over it but always felt like I was missing out on the cycling vibe. Thus, it was great finding this jersey that was designed for summer wear. Most long sleeves cycling gear was made for the cold so I was pleasantly surprised to have this option! However, for this high price, I was hoping for it to be perfect but it's not quite there yet. The design in the Palm was adorable and made me feel feminine. However, when I wear a patterned sports bra, I could partially see through. Also, I felt that the sleeves were just 1 inch too short. There was a big gap between my gloves and where the sleeves ended and that would be an unsightly tan line. Performance wise though, the jersey did keep me cool and hugged my body well. May consider purchasing another if there were more design options to chose from but don't regret getting it.
The Avant Print
Had very high hopes for this jersey. I am a 32-26-34 (middle aged) female who usually wears an 0/XS top. So I ordered an XS. It was more than snug, it was like an iron corset. I couldn't imagine wearing it for a multi-hour ride, especially in hot weather. It pinched under the arms and the sleeve openings were irritatingly tight on my upper arms. The sleeves have a sewn hem, so they aren't as comfortable as jerseys that have laser cut sleeves. Every bump and lump showed under the white fabric: bra straps, bra features, bib straps and any miscellaneous bulge associated with the straps.
I did like the cut, that it gets narrow under the bust so might be flattering if it fit. It is well made, and the pockets are nicely proportioned and placed. I will order and try a size small to see if it improves in a different size.
This was my second MFF jersey, and I cannot say enough about the quality as well as style of this jersey. I love the attention to detail--the armpit area is pink so that the jersey doesn't stain yellow over repeated wear, the pockets can fit anything you want and the jersey material itself wicks away buckets of sweat during TX summers. Even though the majority of the jersey is white, it is not see-through when wet. I spend my entire cycling gear budget on MFF and it's the first jersey I reach to put on--regardless if it is clean or dirty.
I'm typically a women's size 4 and went with a small (it's definitely form fitting but in a good way!)
I wore this jersey for 4,000 miles and it held up incredibly well. Even after multiple days without washing it didn't smell and it looked great. It was also super functional and allowed me to carry water bottles, snacks and my wallet. I'm curvy on top and it was very flattering. Highly recommend.
The Element Print
Love at first site! But, it gets better. Once you put it on and go for a ride, The Element Print not only looks good, it feels good! The material is soft, durable but not stiff. It molds to your body. MFF is my new favorite cycling clothier.
I love this jersey! The fit is just right and it has a side pocket in addition to back pockets. Cute design. Machines for Freedom is my favorite cycling clothing company and this jersey is another reason why!
I rarely ever write reviews, but my MFF JERSEY is the BEST. Everything from the fit, fabric, pockets (and placement), the zippers...All of it is high quality. I had hesitation to purchase because of the price. It's the most expensive jersey I own.....But you get what you pay for. I've worn it so much that I feel I have justified the price :-) It's the jersey I grab first. Thank you for making a great looking, fitting and high quality brand for women.
This is the perfect jersey for women who love to ride, but want to wear a jersey with flair. I wear size 8-10 in women's tops and the "Large" fits my curves (37" x 30" x 37") like a bike jersey should.
So I own a lot of jerseys and I have 4 from MFF and they are by far my favorite! I use them all the time! The prints are beautiful and the fit is great. I get compliments every time I’m out riding. I plan to own more jerseys as they come out with different prints.
The Fruits Print
Since the first time I tried on a MFF jersey (and bibs), I was hooked. I do not have your average cyclist build - I have wide shoulders and hips and could not feel any more confident in the Fruits jersey (and all of the other MFF jerseys I own). It is very flattering to my body and I’m not lying when I say this, could wear it allllll day everrrrryday. The colors are bold, yet feminine and I love the black accents throughout. It’s all about those details! Highly recommended.
