To get the longest life out of your garment, we recommend washing in cold water with a mild detergent and hanging it to dry. If you need to toss it in the dryer in a pinch, that's okay! Just keep this to a minimum. Overtime, heat can degrade the yar, resulting in lost compression and durability.
All orders are shipped free within the US
Machines is unable to offer international shipping at this time.
For cycling bibs and shorts, the HIP MEASUREMENT is the most crucial factor. Measure around the WIDEST POINT of the hips/bum. If you are between sizes or petite (5'3" or under), we recommend SIZING DOWN for a compressive fit. A snug fit is crucial to performance. Check out our FIT GUIDE for more detailed instructions, or pop your measurements into the fit calculator above for a personalized recommendation! (Please note, the fit guide requires chest, waist and hip measurements.)
I read the size chart, got a large (I wear a size 8 pants so that should have been more than adequate) and they are more bike riding tight - they are so uncomfortably tight I have to give them away since it was a final sale. The sizing chart should be adjusted to fit reality.
Run a little small to size but feel good
These shorts are really comfortable! The pad is on the thin side, so best for short-medium length rides.
I was worried I should have sized up - I'm on the edge of the size range - but they're actually perfect.
I just noticed some other comments referring to them as a "second skin". Sounds right!
I don't know how they'll last over time, though, since I've only worn them once so far. We'll see!
These are great shorts - love the compression and waist band. And the pad is comfy too. I ordered a medium and thought they were a bit tight. Then ordered a large which were easier to get on. But in retrospect the mediums got easier to put on after a few washes, so the May relax a bit. I’m about 145-150 lbs and 5’8”.
I used them for indoor cycling and then went running with them and they felt amazing in both! Love them!
