UPDATE 3/30/20,
As most of the US continues to shelter in place, our warehouse is once again open for business and we'll be back to shipping orders starting today!
We're working hard to honor our usual shipping guarantee that promises offers shipped within 1 business day, but please be aware, as we catch up from the closure, new orders will be delayed. We are operating with extremely reduced staff, but they're doing their best!
Please note that preorders are still delayed as we await the ability to receive new shipments from our factory.

TO OUR MACHINES COMMUNITY,
Today, the decision was made to close our warehouse for one week in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our team safe and healthy. This temporary closure is currently scheduled for one week, but things are changing fast and we will reassess the safety of our employees before reopening.
Preorder dates will also be effected by this delay as our receiving team is also working from home. We will do our best to get these shipped as soon as we can as I know many of you have already been patiently waiting! New orders can still be placed and we will ship once warehouse doors reopen.

In the meantime, I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know what we are doing to keep positivity high and the good vibes going. Human connection and physical activity are some of the best ways to combat stress and maintain a healthy state of mind, and Machines is here for you during this challenging time. There are a couple of ways you can tap into our community for some much needed connection during this period of social distancing.

We have seen incredible turnouts to the virtual rides hosted these past couple weeks, with rides attracting as many as 200+ riders. This a safe way for us all to connect while keeping our minds and bodies strong and healthy.
